Returns & Refunds

Preorders

All BORN STAR BELT purchases are made on a preorder basis.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and will be produced following the preorder period. Estimated shipping dates are provided as guidance and may be subject to change.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, preorder purchases are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Products altered by the customer
  • Final sale items, where indicated

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
