These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the ALYIEN website.

By placing an order through this website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Sale.


1. Products

ALYIEN offers fashion products available for purchase through its online store.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of photography, leather, metal finishes, and screen displays, slight variations may occur.

Natural variations in leather grain, texture, markings, and finish are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.


2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Applicable taxes are included where required by law.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

ALYIEN reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced according to the price displayed at the time the order is placed.


3. Preorders

Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis.

By purchasing a preorder item, the customer acknowledges that:

  • The item is not immediately available for shipment.
  • Production begins after the preorder period.
  • Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

For the BORN STAR BELT, estimated shipping begins July 2026.


4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

All transactions are processed through secure payment providers available at checkout.


5. Shipping

ALYIEN ships worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier services.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns may be accepted in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy available on this website.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery may not qualify for a refund.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact ALYIEN within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Following review, ALYIEN may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including product designs, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of ALYIEN.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.


These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable laws of France.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the competent courts as required by law.
